This tree of life pendant necklace was deeply inspired by my time in Oregon. The stone is an agate pulled from the Willamette River and tumbled until smooth. The tree shape itself was inspired by some of the trees I've seen while camping in the Deschutes National Forest - I've seen many trees there that were broken and shaped by a larger tree that fell on them. The trunk breaks, then grows in a curve around the fallen tree, then the fallen tree decomposes (or gets chopped for firewood), leaving a bent, living tree behind.
The pendant comes with an 18" black cord in either leather, faux suede, or satin. A copper clasp completes the piece.
